The biggest red flag when doing Competitor Research 🚩🚩🚩 Looking at brands like 👇 Gymshark, Little Spoon, Warby Parker, Apple, Cometeer, Feastables, Hims, Everlane, Peloton, Oura, Stitch Fix, Obvi, Spanx, Glossier etc... Chances are, due to supply chain, margins, and investment, their affordable CPAs are much higher than yours! Two solutions: 1 - look at brands in a similar position and growth stage as yours. 2 - look at parallel brands, not direct competitors, who else is competing for your customers disposable income? It’s a race, so don’t look at people in F1 cars when you’re still on a bus!
