Increasing employee engagement ultimately enhances the patient and customer experience. This week we had the privilege of working with MHEI members on employee engagement action planning. As part of MHEI membership benefits, we facilitate engagement survey debrief sessions to dig into top strengths as well as opportunities for improvement. This process can include listening sessions and focus groups to better understand employees' perspectives, and quite often we work with teams on ways to strengthen communication.
