LEGO : "Building the business, like its product, is an exercise in patience. Lego seems to have taken the long view on its business. New products account for half Lego's portfolio last year, according to Lex at the FT. Seeking innovation undoubtedly hurt the bottom line in the short term, but tend to boost long term profitability, growth and strengthen the brand. "Lego's operating profit margin fell by 1.7 per cent to (a still respectable) 26 per cent, as it spent more on stores, its supply chain and digital operations" Allocating resources between present and future is never ending challenge. Reebok Impact enables users to create AI-infused, custom, game-ready digital sneakers on Instagram, blending technology and creativity in an innovative way. Futureverse engaged Overdose. New Zealand to manage the automation setup and domain warming process for this highly anticipated launch. The project involved developing two critical automations: a tailored "Welcome Series" to engage new subscribers and a seamless post-purchase experience for customers. Given the tight timeframe and starting from a zero contact list, domain warming was a top priority. Our team implemented a swift and effective warming strategy to establish domain credibility quickly, ensuring a smooth and successful launch for Futureverse and the Reebok Impact experience. Rather than keeping this partnership solely in the real-world, HUGO worked with the F1 team to launch ‘HUGO GARAGE’ as part of their virtual experience on Roblox, PLANET HUGO. This allowed players to explore the Visa Cash App RB Formula 1 car and its special livery for the Miami grand prix. Over the course of the prix weekend, the amount of visits to PLANET HUGO increased by 96k to 896k, a 12% increase in just 3 days. By leveraging digital activations alongside real-world partnerships, brands can expand their reach across platforms and audiences. The enhanced and more active engagement facilitated by these virtual worlds adds a new dimension to consumer experiences and drives loyalty.
