Last week, I presented my first workshop in the Leadership Center! The presentation was on "Creating A More Inclusive Organization." We discussed the value of inclusive organizational leadership, the traits of inclusive leaders, strategies to become more equitable as an organization, and how to make actionable commitments to diversity and inclusiveness. It was enlightening to hear the participants' perspectives, reflect on my own experiences, and gain public speaking experience.

I love this anonymous quote, "Diversity is a fact, but inclusion is a choice we make every day." With leaders making tough choices in a world of exponential change, I hear leaders talk about wanting to build an Inclusive Leadership skill set.
