🥳 Do you celebrate your Customer's Launch?
This is one of the 𝐌𝐎𝐒𝐓 𝐂𝐎𝐌𝐌𝐎𝐍 things that I see 𝐌𝐈𝐒𝐒𝐈𝐍𝐆 in the Customer Journey. 𝐀𝐧𝐝 𝐢𝐭 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐝𝐨 𝐦𝐚𝐣𝐨𝐫 𝐝𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐠𝐞.
💃 Failing to celebrate the Customer's Launch is like a Football game without an end zone dance or scoring.
🏈 Without the endzone dance and a score, it's just two teams chasing after a small ball and beating each other up. Not fun.
In order to celebrate a Launch, you need to:
✅ Have a definition of DONE
✅ Create a partnership towards a goal
✅ Set expectations and set up steps in the Onboarding Journey
𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐬𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐁𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐏𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐚 𝐂𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐞𝐧𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐜𝐞𝐬 𝐢𝐭.
A Launch Celebration:
👉 Encourages reflection on next steps and achieving business value
👉 Signals to the Customer that they have achieved something
👉 Removes the drudgery of endless work
When Customers Fail to Launch, all you have is COST, NO REVENUE.
Customer Acquisition Cost is the most expensive today that is has ever been.
Your Company CANNOT AFFORD FAILURE TO LAUNCH.
