The ripple effect of the recent Supreme Court ruling to uphold the ban on outdoor sleeping in Grants Pass, Oregon has reached California. Governor Newsom’s call to action last week to clear homeless encampments will have a devastating impact on our community’s most vulnerable residents. Without these proven solutions, individuals and families will continue to be homeless, on our streets and in newly established encampments.
