Planning a family reunion? Take a moment to understand why these gatherings matter so much. They're not just ordinary get-togethers; they're special. Picture your reunion like a big family quilt, each member a patch. Some patches are older, full of wisdom, while others are new, full of energy. Bringing them together weaves a strong family bond. Reunions aren't just about fun and games. They're a chance to pass down family stories, traditions, and values to the next generation. It's a way to celebrate our different backgrounds and experiences. So when you all come together, remember, it's not just a party—it's a celebration of family. Treasure every moment and the memories you make together! Check out our guide to planning a family reunion for some helpful tips: https://lnkd.in/eF_bcy7i

Case 1 : a+b = 10 Case 2 : a+c = 20 Case 3 : b+c = 24 After solving these equations I got, a = 3, b = 7 & c = 17 So, answer is a+b+c = 27.

We offer more than just transportation. We provide a delightful way to spend time with your nearest and dearest. We have captured this feeling as follows: Come on board! Let’s switch off our devices and look up at each other. Let’s give gifts without waiting for Christmas. Let’s catch the sunset and say the three words we rarely do. Let’s fill dinner tables with laughter. Let’s sing together in a language we don’t speak. Let’s dance the night away with nana. Let’s become friends with our colleagues. Let’s become children with our children. Because sailing, it isn’t just about getting closer to destinations. It’s about getting closer, to each other. Tallink Silja Line. The nicest way together.

Reunification month gets lost in the other celebratory months because it’s viewed as the expectation. It’s not considered an act of “going above and beyond.” Reunification month is the most important month. Parents facing themselves, having uncomfortable conversations and experiences, accepting responsibility for their actions, and overcoming adversity. Their children working through circumstances outside of their control, building stronger bonds with their families to understand grace, love and compassion. This doesn’t get recognition because what’s the picture to be posted on social media? What do you say about these folks who did this work? Our system doesn’t recognize them as “heroes” because it’s what we are supposed to do. WV subsides adoptions from foster care a great deal. Minimum $700 per month until the child turns 18 plus a Medicaid card. When a child is reunified, they don’t get any support. The case is closed. They get Medicaid if the qualify for Medicaid. Milestones should be celebrated not shamed. I’m glad to see more recognition for reunification.
June is Reunification Month! We are grateful for all of the volunteers that help create positive connections that help children reunify with their families. We recognize that not all families are the same and we strive to help them grow together.

What is LinkedIn good for? While I do very often post personal stories and videos on this platform, they are usually in service of the general approach I take here, in line with the vision and values we have at Mygrow, and the work we do to build emotional competencies that impact all aspects of human operations at work. In short, my personal brand on linkedIn is adjacent to the work we do at Mygrow , and can be summarised by my title line, as being a desire to “humanise capitalism” — to break down the divisions between human/professional. And in these “personal posts” I usuallly try to make some kind of connection between the real lived experience I have as a human/ friend/dad/husband etc., and what that can mean in the pursuit of what I’m trying to accomplish as a professional. Person first. Professional second. However, Something I never really do, is what I am doing now. Posting a “completely personal ask”. I have developed an international network as a result of my activity on LinkedIn and in this moment I’m actively choosing to ask for a withdrawal from the banked “good will” that I may have been able to generate here, over time. Let’s see if there’s anything in the account. 🤷😝. As some of you may know, I am a committed Christian and churchgoer … (luckily for you, not the kind who feels it necessary to use LinkedIn as my dumping ground for cheesy Christian videos or poor aesthetic quality memes. 😳. Neither do I make proclamations as some kind of self-appointed morality policeman — to give one answer to my initial question: I don’t think Linked in good for either of these kinds of activities). But what I do think the platform is good for is sharing the important things in our lives. And that’s what this post is about. (The reason I’m posting on Saturday). This post is both completely personal and an expression of what is important to me. I need help. I am part of a small church with limited financial resources, who have recently moved venues. For ten years we have been a long-term tenant as a shared resident in a community hall. We have finally moved into our own “home”: an old autobody repair shop, deep in an industrial area. This move comes with much excitement and optimism and a hope that it will generate a more diverse congregation as we become more accessible to a wider socio-economic and racial population than is the reality in our current congregational makeup. (Many of whom look very much like me, just 20 years older!) I have been very involved in the renovation lead team, as well as taking it upon myself to be chief fundraiser. (We are not a church that likes to ask for money, so I am doing it in a personal capacity) I am making that ask here on Linked too. At the very least, do watch the video. 😉 https://lnkd.in/dvUJ7ZuK
