We are looking at Digital/AI product, data engineering/ML, or data/AI governance experience. I’m afraid we don’t offer travel incentives, a boozy culture, power hours, micromanagement, or sweat the assets mentality. So, its not for everyone. Instead, we offer a very clear strategy for growth, investment in AI to maximise outreach, flexible working, unlimited holiday, payments to pensions or investments instead of trips away. Back from #vive2024 , here’s my take: 🐝 Lots of buzz about AI’s transformative role in healthcare; however, most organizations are currently leveraging it to simplify administrative work 🎯 LOTS of companies want to grow with #employers but many are concerned about evolving GTM models and low engagement ⏩ Forward and Amazon have exciting but very different plans for #primarycare . I will be on the lookout for a Forward pod the next time I’m in San Francisco or New York. 🥕 #foodasmedicine and #womenshealth got some airtime but I would have loved to see more 👏  #agetech and longevity were front and center as more companies seek to empower people to live better at home as they age 👟 Should have packed my white sneakers! 💡 Spark growth with B2B healthcare buyers.

There's a sense of change in the air, and once again, operations folks are rising to the challenge and unraveling it all. • 𝐀𝐈 - What it means to them, their company, their job security, and trying desperately to understand what, if any, expectations are on them and their role in the adoption, execution, and success of it. • 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐫 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐭𝐡 - There's a sense of angst I'm seeing, even in non-career dedicated calls, about their future. Are we automating our jobs away? Are we creating an impossible future of more tech and fewer resources to manage the tech? • 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐲 𝐈𝐧𝐟𝐫𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 - I've had a LOT of conversations about the tech that has always been expected to be in your tech stack being questioned or radically re-thought, between Data Cloud, iPaaS/integrations, and attribution. It seems people are re-thinking things from the ground up to keep up. #DarkFunnel?! • 𝐌𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡 & 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐬 - Folks are prioritizing themselves and trying to build a personal brand. Companies expect Ops to lead but are not given a seat at the table. So what gives? How can #MarOps #SalesOps #RevOps lead if they're not included in the conversation?!
