I recently had the incredible opportunity to attend a Global Communications offsite in New York City, where I gained invaluable insights from world-renowned leaders such as Jamie Dimon, General Mark Milley as well as many others who have made a major impact. We also made a visit to learn more about Rivian, a company poised to disrupt the auto industry and drive meaningful change. I left these events deeply inspired, with several key takeaways that resonated profoundly with me: 1. **Find Your North Star**: Identify what drives you and never compromise on your core values. 2. **Be an Activist Leader**: Channel your passion into actions that effect change in ways only you can. 3. **Maintain Calm in Crisis**: Strive to be a steady presence during turbulent times, as they too will pass. 4. **Prioritize Children's Happiness**: Dedicate quality time to your children daily, limit their screen time, nurture their faith, assist with their homework, and encourage their involvement in activities and sports. This offsite was an extraordinary opportunity to bond with my colleagues, and I am extremely grateful for the experience.

To make a long story short 👨🏻💻, it's now time to say a goodbye ✊to each and every members of Trivium Packaging team. When one is having fun, time speeds by 🚀 , and what a journey it has been. What provides the Cambridge Dictionary say about what "a journey" implies then? - the process of travelling from one location to another, usually via car. - A set of events that happen to someone over time, particularly if those experiences shape the person in some way. - A school child's achievements as well as expertise are documented in this book. That sums it up pretty accurate ! Imagine starting into an empty office in Paris, at La tour Cristal due to Covid crisis and being handed a laptop and a stack of project, annual negotiations, digitalization, transformation, restructuring.🎢🎢🎢 I have been deeply impressed by the different teams, from the operator to the senior leaders passing by the cleaners. 🏭 Things cannot go that well without a deep commitment. I met people really passionated 💗💞💕and they passed me that passion, come rain or come shine.🗽 I will specially thanks those who have supported me throughout my journey🦸🏻♂️, especially my team members and mentors, who continued to challenged me daily !You have been instrumental in my growth and success, and I’m grateful for your guidance, encouragement, and friendship. I learnt so much from you and I am happy to know that I shared with many of you what I know and what I believe in. In the next few days, I will continue to personally say good-bye to quite a few of people🫵🏽🫵🏽🫵🏽. It is a very small world, and I have absolute trust that we will cross paths once more. It's time to move on, join another squad, keep on growing. 🫀 I am very excited about the opportunities that lie ahead, and I’m eager to discover the next chapter. #HR #TEAMSPIRIT #PASSION

"Always Challenge the Old Ways" is a core belief for us and keeps me inspired everyday to find inefficiencies and seek out opportunities in everything from our processes to our products and our people. Always having something new to work on with our every evolving company makes the job so interesting and can't wait to see what the next few years of ownership bring us! 🚀 What I’m most excited for about DPG: Getting to have a front row seat to building a business, especially one that intersects so many different industries, from marketing, digital, political, and more. Some highlights would be bringing on new staff and integrating them into our culture and helping them grow over time, developing more strategic ways of operating internally, and expanding our partnerships with others in the space through technology and products.
