Dear friends! After a successful mission to deliver a vehicle and several hundred kilograms of aid to 4 brigades at the front line (Pokrovsk direction, Donetsk region), Antonina Kozurak and I continue to raise funds to purchase two anti-drone jammers (one for 2 frequency ranges, and the one for 3) for the fighters from our community - Oleksandr Luchko from the 84th Mechanized Brigade and Mykola Sokyrlei from the 58th Separate Motorized Infantry Brigade. These defenders are currently deployed in the hottest spots of the frontline, and any delay in receiving the equipment to shield them from enemy's "eyes" could be fatal. We are doing our best to prevent this and are already able to order the first jammer for 2 ranges of frequencies thanks to your incredible support! We just need to make a little more effort and we will fulfill this request from the front line to the fullest extent. These are vehicle-mounted devices that will completely block russian drones that are surveilling and targeting our brave guys. Today, jammers are vital at the frontline, as our military are being hunted by a whole armada of drones of the enemy, who do not count on human or technical resources - their goal is to destroy us as a country and as a nation, and to reach the borders of other states to keep everyone in fear of their savage power. Today, our troops are constantly under threat from enemy drones as they carry out critical missions on the battlefield, including the evacuation of wounded and fallen comrades. It is our duty to protect the sky above their heads! As mental health month is closing, it does not mean it disappears, we often see people quick to say - talk to someone! But the reality is a lot do not. Why? Well, situation, timing, trust, emotion and surroundings of the individual vary, it might not be a need to talk but just achkowledgement, belonging, finding something that helps but on their terms. Creating options, encouraging ‘try it’ method, creating a circle, a belonging, increasing purpose and productivity could effectively be the start to recovery or self coping mechanism for those unheard or unspoken. As for CTSW Skills LTD and myself, we plan to create a Wellbeing Wednesday, a place where you don’t have to talk, just come and filter your mindset through creativity. It’s relaxed, your pace, alongside others with possible same life experiences whom you might build a trust and circle with. It could be a hobby or learning skills, we hope to create a haven and positive distraction through construction techniques and productivity which is a proven working method. I am going to participate in this years Bataan Memorial Death March (virtual) a 26.2 mile ruck/hike in honor of the Bataan Death March in World Wa 2.
