This exciting project will deliver 125 energy-efficient homes, with a mix of two- and three-bedroom properties designed to meet the needs of local families and first-time buyers. The wider development brings significant benefits to the community, including: 🌳 Public spaces and a unique art installation by local artists. 📚 Over £130,000 pledged to support nearby schools. 🎠 £62,000 to upgrade existing play facilities, creating more opportunities for family recreation. 🏠 Three homes reserved for local families in housing need. The project is also set to boost the local economy, creating 46 direct jobs and 34 supply chain roles. Housing association Abri Homes selected i-House for phase two of their development in Botley, Hampshire. After searching for a solution which could help reduce build times while increasing build quality, Abri selected i-House, our complete structural system which can be installed in as little as five days. Abri anticipate that using i-House will reduce their build programme by three to six months, allowing them to deliver much-needed housing more effectively.
