Good afternoon, Katherine Ross with AMT here. I am thrilled to join the armed community and talk about the Association for Manufacturing Technology. This is an organization that has been at the forefront of driving innovation and excellence in manufacturing tech for over 120 years. First, who I am and why I'm remotely qualified to speak to you. I entered US manufacturing in 2008. It was an unplanned career move, as is the case for more than 2/3 of women in our industry, and since then the opportunities have been exceptional. Over the last 16 years I've Co chaired national summits, directed accreditation and certification programs for colleges and high schools across the US, supported military and veteran transition to manufacturing careers, and had my share of managing and supporting. U.S. Department of Labor contracts and grants focusing on expanding apprenticeship in manufacturing to all Americans. I'm also on the board of the Women in Manufacturing Education Foundation, whose work is impacting the entire manufacturing landscape. Now with that out of the way. AMT is one part association, one part catalyst for transformative change in the industry and a gateway to a broad industry perspective. We represent 650 US based firms and 1100 domestic facilities that build, sell and service manufacturers around the world. An estimated 75% of hardware and software inside US production facilities was built or sold by an AMT member brand. Whoops, sorry about that. Too far, Too far. As you can see, we represent a broad range of technology sectors, everything from classic machine tools that powered us through World War 2 to the cutting edge and digitally driven advanced hardware and software that's enabling manufacturers to produce incredible components at unheard of speeds and efficiencies. Automation and robotics are among the nine tech sectors we serve, so we are not only appreciative of the important role of ARM, but excited to contribute to the success of the Institute. And its members. So at our core, we focus on 2 deliverables, market intelligence and industry access. To fulfill these promises, we provide platforms for networking, collaboration and knowledge sharing. So on the left here, you'll see several events and conferences. Each targets a growing and crucial segment of the manufacturing tech landscape. So to highlight, just a couple first form next. This is among our newest events, and you may recognize the brand from its long standing presence in Europe. Via the Masago Mesa Frankfurt Group, the US event will debut in 2025 in Chicago, where we will host 3 days of additive manufacturing and industrial 3D printing exhibits and learning opportunities next I MTS. This is our hallmark. It's our claim to fame. The International Manufacturing Technology Show is among the largest manufacturing trade events worldwide and we're expecting over 100 million square feet of exhibits this year, 100,000 visitors all in September, this all in September in Chicago. I'm happy to also note that ARM Institute is an exhibitor at IMS both in the main Show and in the Smart Four Student Summit at ITS and that is our signature workforce development event where we welcomed about 12,000. Students and educators in 2022. Now if there's one save the date to jot down, it's Smart Production Solutions or SPS occurring in September 2025 in Atlanta. This is AMT second partnership with the Masago Mesa Frankfurt Group and it features everything from electric drive systems to machinery and sensor technology. It's going to be a incredibly expansive collection of smart and digital automation products and services and it is a must see event beyond these. Our annual events are the MG meeting, which is a leadership conference where you can expect to sit side by side with tech executives and the Mt Forecast conference and that delivers just tremendous market forecasting across verticals. On the right, I've shared a few of our products and services. I'll highlight just to 1st custom Research Services. This is a solution to outsourcing your R&D work. We have a team of analysts who can deliver data analysis and insight on economic. Technology or investment trends, second, our global tech centers, this is an on ramp into international markets. It's another extension of your org chart and it can deliver market access, sales services, field service, support, employee proxy, hiring showrooms, warehousing, office space, the list goes on. So wrapping up, AMT is a strategic partner to all sectors and verticals whether up or down the supply chain are members touch nearly every step of the design and production. Journey. So again, we're so excited to join the armed family and contribute to your pathway to innovation, collaboration and success. Thank you.
Introducing Radial 360.
Discover precision in Robotic Additive Manufacturing with #AdaOne's Radial 360 Slicing. This feature creates optimal radial tool paths, making it possible to wrap layers around cylindrical surfaces. Perfect for intricate parts and complex objects like screws and impellers, Radial 360 dynamically adjusts slicing planes for adaptability. Effortlessly import your part into AdaOne, extract the cylinder substrate, and simulate tool paths for a clear understanding of the deposition process.

Introducing Layer Heights Edition.
This feature enables users to adjust layer heights dynamically to accommodate varying deposition conditions, ensuring optimal results across the entire part.
Take into account different thermal conditions for initial layers and make precise adjustments during path generation by locally adjusting layer heights to achieve consistent quality and efficiency in your manufacturing process.
How to use this feature:
- Generate your tool path as usual.
- Click on the Edit Layer Heights button.
- Choose to edit a single layer or multiple layers.
- Enter the new layer height values as needed.
- Regenerate a new tool path with the updated layer heights.
