🏬 Job Title: Manager Marketing (Retailer Revenue Maximization) Department / Division: Marketing 🌐 External Interface Brands/Retailers Vendors Third-party agencies 📚 Minimum Qualification Graduate, MBA (Marketing) ⏳ Minimum Experience 6 to 10 years of experience in the retail industry; marketing experience is preferred 🔑 Special Skills/Attributes Negotiation Skills Client Networking Good communication skills 🎯 Overall Purpose/Objective of the job Responsible for maintaining a good relationship with mall retailers, achieving revenue generation through the sale of advertising space, various signages and promotion space across the center, and identification of new locations/spaces in the mall for additional revenue generation. 📋 Key Responsibilities Retailer Relationship Management: Meet retailers regularly to understand their marketing plans and marketing support requirements, offer special support to anchor brands, support seasonal launches, store launches, etc. Event Planning: To plan and organize events in association with retailers to give a thrust to specific groups/categories, and brands, thereby driving visibility and consumption. Communication: Communicate to external and internal stakeholders. Sending out all the marketing communication, and onboarding retailers for all mall marketing campaigns. Revenue Maximizing: Propose strategies/plans for retailers to generate revenue and achieve the yearly target through signages/space selling. Sponsorship and Barter Deals: Responsible for maximizing the retailers’ participation and generating sponsorship/barter for mall marketing campaigns. Signage Management: Determine the positions/sites for directional signages within the mall and ensure that the content of External Graphic Displays (EGD) across the mall is consistent with the finalized positions and branding principles. Supervise the quality of the displayed merchandise and retailers’ signages and timeliness in the installation of the same. Identify New Locations: Identify suitable new locations for permanent/temporary signage to generate additional revenue.
