Today is World Mental Health Day and this year’s theme is ‘It is time to prioritise mental health in the workplace’. At C&D Foods, that’s a principle we take very seriously every day. Our aim is to support our team’s mental health and wellbeing by offering them a supportive workplace and workplace culture that helps them thrive and ensures their talent can flourish. Our early careers programme brings fresh talent into our business here at C&D Foods, while putting new starters on the path to a bright future in our company and our sector. 😎 With support and encouragement to learn about the pet food market and how we lead and innovate, our graduate recruits are quickly given opportunities to collaborate with colleagues across the business, work with customers, and take on responsibility as they progress in their role.
