It’s February! we got there, january done and dusted and brighter times ahead. Whats scary is that we’re already 8.3% through 2024. If you found that you stagnated in january, didn’t achieve what you wanted or that (like me) it was the slowest month ever, it doesn’t actually matter as long as you’re prepared to do something about it. Sherrod Brown (D-OH), aims to remove unnecessary degree requirements from federal job postings and “direct the Office of Personnel Management to review the addition of degree requirements to federal jobs during their audits of hiring actions at federal agencies.” Removing degree requirements has been proven to open more opportunities for qualified workers Skilled Through Alternative Routes (also known as STARs).
