🦸 A new home for superheroes? Not quite. It’s one of our latest projects, the Rafael Altamira City of Justice, in Alicante, Spain. By supplying nearly 30,000 cubic meters of concrete, we’re helping build an icon. This structure, designed by Ayesa houses 10 judicial bodies, ends building dispersion, and enhances the cityscape. With all these large apartment buildings popping up in an attempt to solve the hot mess that is the housing crisis, it would be great to see more green building initiatives like this 🏡 Green buildings: - Help tackle climate change 🌍 🔥 - Increase well-being, health, and productivity 👨⚕️ - Reduce energy usage (5% in the winter; 33% in the summer) 🔌 - Cool down urban areas 🏛 ❄ - Improve air quality 💹 - Reduce noise pollution 📉 - Can even increase biodiversity! 🦃 🐓 🐦 According to the article, they only cost 5-10% more than conventional buildings which is very little considering the benefits 🌲 Not to mention it would look great on any company's sustainability report ♻ Amazing article below and a great green initiative 🌳 #GreenBuildings #GreenBuilding #Rewilding #ClimateChange #GreenRevolution #TownPlanning #Sustainability

This is a very innovative approach. Instead of just choosing to se #solarenergysystem to harness #cleanenergy , engineering should be innovative that also focuses on ensuring #cleanerair. Though is would be interesting to see how they manage to keep the dampness away from the walls and the interiors of the building. Nevertheless, its a good #initiative. Sharing for better reach.

The largest green facade in Europe looks like the SEMIRAMIS HANGING GARDENS of the new era. This is because we know from history that a similar building was built in Babylon - https://lnkd.in/e9dPUBm7 We also know that it was one of the seven wonders of the ancient world. The comparison of this green facade with the Hanging Gardens of Babylon, which is their other name, is therefore a compliment to the builders. This building shows that there are ENERGY PATTERNS, which throughout history are repeated, i.e. they exist in different times and spaces. #greenfacade #repeatingpatterns #patternsfromhistory #equilibrium #jasnicaklaramatic
