PLEASE DO NOT PROVIDE DEBIT CARD PIN NUMBERS OR PASSWORDS. WE WILL NEVER ASK FOR THIS INFORMATION. If you receive a suspicious phone call, please use caution and contact us at (859) 253-6359. Note, these scams involve defrauding customers by convincing them to provide online and mobile banking passwords and debit card pin numbers – information we will NEVER ask you to provide. Central Bank has not experienced a data breach, and these fraudsters are piecing together information they have stolen from multiple sources in order to contact you. These sources are typically merchants where you have used your debit card. Remember, these fraudsters only have access to your debit card pin numbers and online and mobile banking passwords if you provide that information to them.
