We are excited to present the 12th edition of AIB Review: Evolving Perspectives on Work-Life Integration and Professional Growth: Empowering Choices. AIB Review is AIB’s digital quarterly industry publication. Each issue focuses on trending business world issues with insights and expertise from the AIB academic team and community. This edition is guest-edited by Dr Mahan Poorhosseinzadeh and Dr Parth Patel, Senior Lecturers at AIB. It delves into the evolving perspectives on work-life integration and professional growth, providing a comprehensive understanding of work-life balance, reproductive leave policies and career growth. We are proud to announce that Pi has been named in the prestigious ‘Sunday Times best places to work’. The ‘Spotlight Awards’ recognize unique qualities in this year’s Best Places to Work, highlighting organizations that excel in boosting staff happiness within specific areas and demographic groups.
