This video shows the packaging of large tubes on our RoRo StretchPack® machines for test packaging. To improve the quality and appearance when the pipes reach the end-customers, the pipes are packed into a tubular stretch hood film, which is completely sealed at the ends. This results in a 100% sealed 6-sided packaging, which protects the pipes against dirt and UV light. With a RoRo StretchPack® packaging machine, it is also possible to print your logo on the packaging film. RoRo StretchPack® is a film-saving packaging solution developed by Tentoma, which is particularly suitable for large rolls and building materials. Using a stretch hood film, RoRo StretchPack® can make a 6-sided and 100% sealed packaging in just one operation. Lamina gluing and taping on one machine. This Lamina machine is so versatile it can glue products and/or apply double sided tape. It could be double operator (size permitting) twin gluing or taping but could also be both at the same time as shown on this video. He's pressing the fingers between the plies, so first he needs to separate the plies then punch fingers in the belt and then punch fingers in the lace.
