It is always great to get some of thoughts down ‘on paper’ and I recently wrote a byline for Travolution on why it's a no longer about the lowest price and how content is key for airlines. Given that flights are not all generic, and experience can vary widely, airlines need to consider merging their pricing and content strategies into one that considers the entire offer. How to answer "Describe a situation where you had to balance multiple project deadlines and priorities" with the STAR method: 💡Situation: "Last year, at my e-commerce shop, several big brands were launching new collections almost at the same time." 📌Task: "I had to ensure that first, all launches go timely and smoothly. And second, that they don't overlap in our brand communication to the different audience segment." ⏳Action: "I created detailed timelines, aligned with multiple stakeholders within the company and from the brands' teams, and regularly updated the project tracker to control the execution." ✅Result: "Our clients were happy with how the launches go and appreciated our professional approach."

Early 2024 we took on a small brand from Finland. Incredible products and amazing founders. They were still making and packing them out of their kitchen. This was our first ever go at a DWY type partnership, where we took on the role of advisory vs. doing the work. I would've said no to such a small brand in the past. But not this time.
