For those of you on LinkedIn over the weekend 😄 who also don't know about the Grimsby Together consultation being led by Our Future - you have the opportunity until Sunday evening to shape how £20m for Grimsby Town Centre from central Government might be spent over the next ten years! It's being done through a system called Polis, that draws together the most common themes coming through and you basically vote on what you like the sound of and also make your own suggestions. It asks you to: 🌈”Imagine you’re in Grimsby 10 years from now and everything is exactly how you’d like it to be. 🌈What does it look like? 🌈How does it feel? 🌈What is happening around you? You can take part in two ways: Vote on the statements shared by others or add your own statements, which can either be fresh ideas or a statement that builds on something said by someone else. I love my City, Brian’s statements are accurate, it break's my heart ♥️ to see #Mississauga transportation mess, we need to raise Infrastructure systems. The City of Mississauga needs "a progressive Intelligent Mayor who understands the problems" Canada already lags behind other countries, Western Europe erects light, airy bridges for decades yet we have heavy concrete slabs and massive interruption in our daily lives - Countdown OMG the Port Credit River Bridge / QEW is the perfect example of excessive costs and an absolute disaster!!
