Silence makes domestic abuse worse! It lets the abuse spiral. It affects both individuals and entire families. Silence may sometimes keep you safe, but in the long run, it can affect your well-being not just regarding the future of the abusive relationship but in all other areas for your life - health, career/work, friendships, personal interests etc. Silence about abuse eats into your confidence and self-worth. Break the silence, support survivors, and raise awareness about both domestic abuse and the importance of healthy coping mechanisms. Remember, help is available. You are not alone. 💜 Seek support! #BreakTheSilence #HealthyHealing #HealthyRelationships #SelfCare #domesticabuse #abuserecovery #healing #wecandohardthings #youarenotalone #choosechange #aarti_domesticabusecoach #healthycoping #silence
