A vein of gold can appear an inch wide but run a mile deep. As I work through the go-to-market strategy for Pyle, I’ve identified a potential ICP, which has helped me to see the bigger picture of who I’m solving this problem for. But now, I’m facing the challenge of thinking small and narrowing it down to the early adopters who need this thing now. Who is feeling the most pain from their unused gift cards? Based on recent feedback, I’m wondering if it could be one (or all) of the following niches: - Teachers who receive gift cards from their student’s families during the holidays. - Newlyweds who receive gift cards from their wedding guests. - Moms who have to keep track of the gift cards given to their young children. I’d love to hear from fellow founders who have navigated this before. What strategies have you found effective for identifying and targeting those crucial early adopters within a broader market segment? Drop your ideas below—I’m all ears!

We are seeking first-year experience practitioners and researchers to participate in a focus group on best practices of first-year experience courses, especially for students from low-income backgrounds. The goal of this research project—funded by the American Talent Institute—is to develop a self-assessment tool based on research and practitioner input that can be used by first-year seminar directors and instructors to reflect on how they improve their first-year seminar course, especially from low-income backgrounds. If you are interested in participating in a 60-minute focus group, please complete a short survey using the link below this message. We will select approximately 18 qualified respondents to participate in an online focus group this spring. Participants will receive a $50 gift card to compensate them for their time. A month ago, I shared details about a research study I'm conducting as part of my PhD on the unique wellbeing needs of families of individuals with ASD and learning difficulties. The response so far has been great, but I'm still looking for more participants to make the results as robust as possible. If you are a parent or caregiver of an autistic child, teenager, or adult facing learning difficulties, I would be incredibly grateful if you could spare 30-40 minutes to contribute your insights through a survey. Your participation will help shape research that directly impacts the wellbeing of the autism community. To get involved, simply click the link below. As an added bonus, those who opt for the optional 40-minute interview will be entered into a prize draw for a chance to win a £50 Amazon gift card! SURVEY LINK: https://lnkd.in/ektdHKM7 I know your time is valuable, so I really appreciate you considering contributing to the present research study. Please let me know if you have any questions! #ResearchStudy #AutismAwareness #WellbeingNeeds #Caregivers #Parents #AutismSupport #GetInvolved #ShareYourVoice
