Over the last several weeks, many friends and colleagues have reached out about my tenure at Continental, why I’ve stayed for so long and would I suggest Continental as a great place to work. I didn’t think much of the question, “Why have you chosen to stick around?”, because anything over a year seems to be uncommon these days and I tend to go for the distance; but in retrospect, 10 years is almost 1/3 of my lifetime. I’ve been devoted to Continental for (almost) a decade. That timeline is thought provoking and motivating, because those 10 years are a drop in the bucket compared to others on my team, let alone within the global Continental network. Oh, and that network just happens to be full of colleagues who have become friends and leaders who support your professional development journey. Consecutive Years of Record Growth at MacGregor Black 🏆 We are delighted to announce, FY 2023 delivered a record level of service across our three dedicated practices, marking consecutive years of double-digit growth. Across the business we achieved a 19% sales increase, in what proved to be a difficult market for many, driven by significant investments into infrastructure and a number of key appointments & promotions. Our repeat business remained strong, accounting for 71% of total support in 2023, as a result of strong partnerships with internal talent teams and key decision makers. Our c-suite and management roles grew by 29% and 21% respectively. We saw an increased volume of recruitment for our clients across Asia Pacific and The Americas and have have now recruited and relocated talent in 32 countries globally. We gained 31,000 new followers during 2023, as the fastest growing talent partner on LinkedIn (over 80k followers). Our UK operations expanded and headcount grew across all three practices to meet increased demand.
