We are all salesmen. Looking at the picture below, I think we should all be able to know what I meant by the word "We are all salesmen" If you are a flour mill owner and push a public campaign to eat more bread---- or if you are a husband who has to persuade his wife that the bigshots simply must be invited to dinner---- or if you are a boss giving directions to workers---- or a negotiator in a worker-employer settlement---- or a student applying for a fellowship---- -you are a salesman and you have to convince. The ability to convince is one of the most important elements of success in every occupation and in every profession. It is therefore not surprising that top salesmen get on well in life. Now, can you answer the four introductory questions and solve the five sales problems? YOU DON'T SELL AN ARTICLE - YOU SELL AN IDEA. EVERY SLAESMAN MUST UNDERSTAND THIS PRINCIPLE AND ACT ACCORDINGLY. THE IDEA AREA IS THE FIRST AREA OF CREATIVE SELLING WHERE SALES ARE MADE AND SALES ARE LOST.
