How often throughout the day you rotate the shoulder outwards. We rotate inwards quite abit when typing, looking at the phone, driving, etc. Besides that, those muscles around the neck and shoulders can get pretty tight because of stress. Before doing some strength exercises to get more opening, try doing some movements to invite a better alignment.
