HOMEMADE GRANOLA ☕♻ We often get asked about recipes for our delicious cold pressed; coffee infused; rapeseed oil - so here we are! 😂 I've been making our own granola for years now- it's so much better than shop bought because you know exactly what's in it and you can alter ratios according to your preference . The basic recipe is below but you can tweak it 😍 2 cups of jumbo oats (organic optional) 1 cup of mixed seeds- I also mix in dessicated coconut and/or ground almonds to add a natural sweetness 1/2 cup of liquid (I usually have a blend of coconut oil and our rapeseed oil in about 3:1 ratio) - you'll find our oil goes a long way and you only need enough to ensure that all the oat mixture is coated. You can add a bit of honey or maple syrup here also - depends on how sweet you like it A handful of dried nuts and fruits of choice - add in for the last 5mins of baking On a tray- spread out the well turned mixture (oats; seeds; oils) and toast in oven at 190c (fan) for around 30 mins. Keep turning every 5 mins until all the oats turn golden. Add the fruit/nuts for the last 5 mins only - otherwise the fruit goes super hard!
