FAKE UNDECIDED VOTER PLANTED ON CNN!? One guy gave The DNC a much different grade than the rest. Turns out, he has been very supportive of one party. I wonder who that might be? I mean it IS CNN after all. Trump HATES CNN. So "they" must be hiding a Democrat plant on the panel. Nope. Watch the video and then see why, imo, CNN is culpable for damages. MY OPINION: Knowingly Reckless Raised to Knowingly Abandoning Duty To Take Professional Level Safety Precautions 1. It is per se recklessness to represent a thing as something it is not. EX. A driver in a car says, "This safety handle will hold you if you dangle yourself out of the car." HERE: A news professional network says, "This person is open minded as an undecided voter." 2. Knowing the result of the misrepresentation could/would lead to damages. EX: The person, as a driver, knows or should know the safety handle is the standard "panic handle" in the car and not made to support the weight of a person dangling out of the window. HERE: The network, as a professional organization, knows or should know when they have not vetted this person enough, or not at all. 3. Ignoring the Knowledge that damage can occur in a dangerous situation, but continuing, is using foreknowledge, i.e. knowingly taking part. EX: As the driver goes by where the girls hang out, his friend dangles out the window, breaking the handle and delivering him, quite broken, on the curb. The driver is responsible. HERE: As the network moves into questioning these people, a hanger on figures he can daredevil his way into the spotlight, deceiving every single viewer and delivering a quite broken, greying-orange, rat bastard into our White House.
