In the content of development, what is the most important asset of the organization? That was the question of my panelist during my oral revalida in 2016. And the answer is employees...knowing the value of people within the organization will help us make better decisions. We shouldn't allow people to feel manipulated or taken for granted. Slavery is such a strong word and it is hard to feel that way. #EmployeeManagement #Loyalty

If they don't appreciate what you bring to the table, then let them eat themselves. Loyalty? Loyalty is supposed to be a two-way street. You should be loyal to your employer, but your employer should also be loyal to you. This means that your employer should provide you with a safe and supportive work environment, and they should offer you opportunities for growth and development. It is important to be loyal to your employer, but it is also important to remember that you have your own needs and interests. You should not let your loyalty to your employer come at the expense of your own well-being. And also, you need to define clearly, are you being loyal or just being comfort? If you are experiencing any quiet quitting signs, it may be time to have a conversation with your manager or to start looking for a new job. I have experienced this before, and I got my job through this link here >> https://lnkd.in/gcgyQvVC. I don't promote it because it's my job. I really got my job here. 🙋♀️
