What are you celebrating this week?
There may be loads of things you're worrying about, that you want to get to, that you are holding onto from the last week or two.
PUT IT DOWN! For a moment, let it go. Instead, think about what you are celebrating this week. Maybe it's starting the work week with clean pants! Maybe it's supporting your kids as they returned to school. Maybe it's holding a successful meeting or filling your fridge with healthy food options or getting to bed early last night.
📣 Fill in your celebration and then say it out loud or write it down.

❓ Why?
💡 We're training our brain to see what's going well! It won't automatically do it on its own; our brains have evolved to look out for danger - to see worry, doubt, and red flags everywhere, whether they're real or not. But while we have a brain (and eyes, ears, limbs, etc.), we are not our brain, and we can redirect it. We can build this muscle with practice. We can highlight what's going well and use that to power ourselves forward.
I'm doing it right now, as I celebrate writing this post and reaching out to this brilliant community.
