There is huge potential for global economic growth and recovey of the least developed countries and emerging economies. With more funding available, more partnerships to lead the economic agenda , and low cost of investment in core industries, this can’t be siloed goals but rather implementing country based policies to improve procurement strategies so that the funds can help them build better capabilities and capacity building to increase opportunities across various sectors and industries. The World Bank is now at the brinks of cultivating global prosperity and increasing partnerships for low income countries where they mostly struggle to support economic development agendas . Some poor countries like Haiti, the only poorest country in the Western Hemisphere should be able to have its priorities for graduation by instituting structural reforms in all economic fronts .
