[Positive Care, our way of caring for our employees] We work with people, not employees; we care of people, not diseases. In the same way that our employees invest in each of their patients and residents on a daily basis, Clariane invests alongside them to make their job easier. This is how Positive Care comes into its own with our team members. Our employer promise, “At Clariane, you have your place to make a difference”, is based on symmetry of attention. Supporting and caring for others also means taking care of our employees and supporting them so that they can: ✔️ make a difference in their day-to-day work ✔️ make a difference in their career paths ✔️ make a difference to those around them 💬 Remi Boyer, Clariane Group’s Chief Human Ressources Director, tells us more about the meaning we give to Positive Care for our employees. A shout out to Harry Bliss and Champion Health for the great work they have done and continue to do around bringing workplace wellbeing out of the shadows and into mainstream conversation. Helping to remove the stigma that surrounds discussions of mental health and general employee wellbeing and trying to embed this into everyday working life. Their mission consists of making workplace wellbeing Inclusive, Accessible & Engaging. Something that aligns strongly with our own beliefs around business culture and creating an environment that enables all employees to thrive over the longer term regardless of their background, rank or status. Six months into Champion Health's journey tragedy changed how they approached this mission! What was initially a "want" to improve workplace mental wellbeing quickly became a "need" and this flip in perspective is what has made Champion Health into what it is today. If you watch anything today please watch Harry Bliss explain their story in his own words: https://lnkd.in/e9XHDx4w. #workplaceculture #workplacewellness #workplacewellbeing #businessculture #growth #growyourbusiness
