You are dependable, honest and determined to do the right thing — and you will stand up for what you believe if anything or anyone interferes with your progress. Do you have these strengths in your top 10? They are 3 and 4 for me with Achiever at 5. I call the trio my superpower and curse!

Responsivility-2 and Belief-6 absolutely drive getting things done. I do not merely work for a manager or a reward, but give my best, every day, and if I take your money (agree to work with you), I will more than deliver no matter what it costs. I have a duty to bring the whole set of skills to bear, and to learn, create, or initiate change to deal with competition and new customer needs, and it's painful to be asked to do less or to take shortcuts that will impact long-term results or fail to meet commitments. Add to that Achiever-8, Self-Assurance-9, and Activator-10, and it's like the Terminator. Others called me the Murfinator, because I absolutely. will. not. stop. If someone asks for help or shares a problem, I'll set aside what I am doing and help even if it extends my day. I've worked to save customers, accounts, and jobs. It's very important that the facts be accurate and I am very precise in speech, saying exactly what I mean so that it will not be misinterpreted. I promote principles and fix processes and practices that set people up for bad decisions. From time-to-time, some might consider that to not be a 'team' player, but I don't see cutting corners as beneficial to the long-term health of the team.

Absolutely. This dynamic duo was unknown to me before I got my full 34–they’re at 6 and 10 and shape so much of how I view my work and that other others. Plenty of “shoulds”. Now, I’m learning to harness them for good, for productivity, instead of stress and strain.

This would be me. I pour(ed) myself into bills or policy or projects that align with my values. It gives me satisfaction knowing I’m moving the needle on issues and/or making a positive difference in the world.

I love this combination in my top 10. It really helped my to start and lead own business based on my mission. It gives me energy and motivation. Sometimes I refuse to cooperate with some companies, clients who break my core values. It is really something basic for me. It build trust. transparency and loyalty.

This resonates strongly as these are in my top 5. One of the principle factors in my decision to leave my last position was a need to connect my passion, purpose, and values to my work. I’ve spent the past year and a half focusing on projects that do just that, and even though they are volunteer roles, they are exactly what I want to be doing and I have a deep commitment to their success.

Belief #2 and Responsibility #6 here! It’s so accurate - being deeply committed to projects that align with my core values. Also being someone that is dependable is of utmost importance to me, and feeling a sense of accomplishment when tasks are completed well and on time - 🙌👊 feeds my #1 Achiever too 😃

My top five are Empathy, Relator, Responsibility, Ideation, Belief. This can be a challenging combination because my way of approaching things comes from a deep seated need to do the right thing by people even when it doesn’t fall in line with what people want to do.

Belief is my 1 and responsibility 6. I see it showing up daily as I feel strongly about how we are to treat one another and in practing what I preach.

#5 and #1 for me. The commitment and drive are a powerful combo for follow through and perseverance. They can also make it difficult to walk away from a job or project, even when it is no longer best to be involved.
