The trains into NYC were especially crowded this morning. It's bring your child to work day! Seeing all the little kids on the train and the exasperated look on parents faces, brought me back to when my young children would join me in the office. They were enticed by the promise of treats and of course the chance to skip school. 🙂 12 years ago, I decided to become an entrepreneur. I did this because the agency model I experienced wasn't working. It wasn't working for me and most other mothers I knew at the time. I was given a chance to build something of meaning for myself and my employees. I was passionate about science and helping patients, but also about the environment we could create for our staff. And for me, these two beautiful faces below are what gave me the courage to act. Over these last 12 years we have built something special. Thank you to all my OG's who helped me build it and to everyone today who continues to protect it. I am so grateful for our 300+ staff members who show up each day prepared to do their best for our clients and for each other. And I am grateful for these two, now young adults, for teaching me what is most important in this life. Happy Anniversay to us! #ClinicalMind
