#Day9 And again I got not very good news about my cat and think that only God will help him now. And having a deal with local vet clinics I noticed so much gaps in client communication and whole processes and this is so sad. Being trained to answer all the questions of my clients and explain difgicult things in easy way (and so all my friends do) I am really shocked that out of my bulb there is a real world where service providers are not client oriented and become rude and nervous when receive just one question. And I understand that so much work must be done in this life to make it a little bit better. In so many areas. Eternal continious development. #100dayschallenge #processimprovement #whennothingtosay

May I ask.....will you be balancing out your marketing strategy by including some feedback from Opal Healthcare's employees ? If you do, I would suggest you look up 'glassdoor', or 'seek', or 'indeed'. There are a substantial number of reviews relating to 'toxic' workplaces, 'bullying', and unaccountability by management. I personally think it is imperative that any prospective client of Opal Healthcare is fully informed on how some of Opal Healthcare's employees have been, and are still being treated. It is only fair. I know personally, that I would never ever give my business to a company who mistreats their employees. Prospective clients should be given the same choice. Be transparent with your marketing Awaken. Opal Healthcare promotes its values as 'compassion', 'accountability', 'respect', and 'excellence'. That is to the uninitiated.
