In day-to-day at work, we often emphasize the need for a balanced approach. A well-structured and supportive onboarding process can make them feel valued and integrated into the company culture, increasing the likelihood of retention. 2️⃣ Job Fit and Expectations: As new hires settle into their roles, they evaluate whether the job aligns with their expectations, skills, and career goals. If there's a significant mismatch, they may start contemplating leaving. 3️⃣ Work Environment and Company Culture: The work environment and company culture play crucial roles in job satisfaction.
