I’m extremely disappointed with the service experience I’ve had with my TVS Motor Company iQube electric vehicle. I gave my vehicle for service on 16th June 2024 after a breakdown, and nearly 4 months or 100+ days later, the issue is still unresolved. Despite after raising a complaint with the consumerhelpline.gov.in, they seem least bothered to take any action or provide a proper resolution, after multiple follow-ups with customer care, I was falsely informed that the service had been completed, only to visit the showroom and find out otherwise. I've wasted countless hours calling customer care and visiting the showroom, yet there’s been no progress. I trusted TVS Motor Company to provide reliable service, but this prolonged delay and lack of communication have left me frustrated and regretting my decision to invest in an electric vehicle. I’m ashamed to be a customer of TVS Motor Company a company I once respected. The service quality is appalling, and had I opted for a traditional vehicle, my issue would have been resolved promptly. I cannot, in good faith, recommend the iQube to anyone. TVS seems more focused on capital gains than on addressing the real concerns of customers. P.S: Hey Ola Electric Ather Energy it seems like TVS Motor Company isn't interested in resolving my issue with their iQube EV. Over 100 days in service and still no clarity from their customer service on what's going on. Any solutions you’d recommend for handling such cases? Also, would love to hear about any exchange programs you might have. TATA.ev Mahindra Electric SUVs It worries me if TVS Motor Company is planning to enter the 4-wheeler segment. An effort towards Sustainable Customer Service. #EV #ElectricVehicles #AffordableEV #iqube #tvsiqube #iqubetvs #tvs #ola #ather #Hyderabad #onetvshyderabad #AchchiShuruwat baki bakwas.
