💲 Across the two-county region, closed sales increased year-over-year by 14.9% for single-family homes and by 1.3% for condos. 🏡 There was a 6.2-month supply of Sarasota condos, which was last reported in April of 2019 and there was a 5.6-month supply of Manatee condos, which hasn't been reported since February of 2013. 📈 In the North Port-Sarasota-Bradenton MSA, there were 8,853 active listings at the end of January, a year-over-year increase of 69.1%. Looking at real estate stats for the month of July in the greater Atlanta area. Average sales price was up a surprising 6.7% year over year although down 5% month over month. https://lnkd.in/ejNMsCtx New listings are up 9.4% year over year but also down 3% month over month. Prices continue to rise so far even with this increased inventory. This is a market that needs a good experience agent. Salt Lake County Sales(last 30 days) Per the MLS for June 26th 2024. Over the last 30 days there have been 1047 sales with an average list price of $649,010and an average sold price of $644,480. The average days on market have been 37. Looking back 30 days from May 15th 2024. there were 964 sales with an average list price of $640,077 and an average sold price of $638,810. The average days on market was also 37. Prices are going up in Salt Lake County.
