I'm grade Beckers. I'm the vice president for business development with Capstone on campus management. The two biggest questions that universities are challenged with answering are one Is the student housing program really recruiting and retaining students? And the other one is, are we doing this in a cost effective manner? One way to help institutions with these challenges is through our Fresh Eyes Consulting program where we come in and we provide a brief analysis of your program top to bottom. We look at residence life, we look at its effectiveness, We look at whether or not you're being cost effective and you're spending. We can also look at your occupancy management processes to make sure that the students are assigned where they where they're most likely to be successful, so the right students in the right place. Are you doing this in the most efficient manner such that your rinse are maximized? We also help with planning student housing, but that's another challenge that institutions face. What does the future look like 5-10 years out? How many beds are we going to need? What types of beds are we going to need? And how do you get from where we are now to where we need to be five years from now? One successful housing outcome is that the students get the experience our partner institution wants them to get. It's not the CCM experience, it's that institutions experience. Collaboration is critical to make that happen. It's really the only way that can happen. We have to understand that institution, its unique needs, and the experience it wants its students to get, and we work together to make sure that happens. We do a lot of listening. The first thing we do is we go in and it goes back to Stephen Covey's habits of seek first to understand, then to be understood. So we do a lot of listening, we ask a lot of questions and we make sure we understand what the institutions needs are and we understand that experience that they want their students to get. Residence life programs are designed uniquely to each institution based on what that institution once their students to get out of that experience. Fundamentally though, it's really about connecting students to each other and to the institution so that they had so that they have that support group and so that they have their place that they belong at the institution.
