Working in the Aerospace and Defence sector the Airbus quarterly results caught my eye. 👀 Consolidated revenues up by 9% year-on-year to €12.8 billion The Consolidated EBIT Adjusted in Q1 2024, stood at €577 million, down from €773 million in Q1 2023 Gross commercial aircraft orders reached 170 units in Q1 2024 up 8.97% Future ramps in production planned. ➡ A220 Platform to reach a monthly production rate of 14 aircraft by 2026, ➡ A320-Platform family program targets 75 aircraft per month by 2026. ➡ The entry-into-service for the A321XLR is anticipated in Q3 2024. ➡ A350 is set to increase to 12 aircraft per month by 2028 ➡ A330 to reach 4 per month in 2024 The total order backlog stood at an incredible 8,626 commercial aircraft by the end of March 2024. #airbus #aerospace #innovation #future #aviation #aerospacemanufacturing
