Celebrating Our Everyday Heroes 🌟 Today, we want to take a moment to celebrate some very special people in our company — the ones who often work quietly behind the scenes but whose impact is felt everywhere. Imagine how powerful it is to work in a place where everyone feels appreciated, no matter their role or title. It’s a place where people are motivated not just by their paycheck but by the feeling that they are part of something bigger, that their work is making a difference. That’s the kind of culture we should all strive to build — one where recognition is not just a formality but a heartfelt expression of gratitude. Recognition isn’t just about giving credit where it’s due — it’s about truly seeing and appreciating the individuals who make our company what it is. When we take the time to acknowledge the efforts of our non-management team members, we’re not just boosting morale; we’re showing them that their contributions matter, that they are valued, and that they are essential to our success. So, here’s to the people who show up every day with dedication and drive, who put their heart into their work, and who help us achieve our goals. Your efforts might not always be in the spotlight, but they are deeply valued and appreciated. Thank you for everything you do. 💙👏 Let’s continue to celebrate each other and make our workplace a place where everyone’s contributions are recognized and cherished. When it comes to heritage month engagement, always, and I mean ALWAYS, start with food. When it comes to celebrations in a corporate setting, it's easy to just slap a heritage month topic on an all team meeting calendar and call it good. But you are missing the point of integrating how human's connect with each other and the learning opportunity. The most impactful things I have ever learned weren't at a desk, but at a dinner or coffee table. Sharing meals with people has always brought out the BEST stories. That's a no brainer. So what if we used food as the vehicle for learning? Now, let me make this clear, I am NOT telling you to cater what you think is "Black Food" this month in your office. That's not the point. What I am asking you to consider is what if you hired a Black chef to host a cooking a class for your team and then, while sharing a meal, you just simply listened to their story of being in their industry and what cooking means to them? Notice I didn't say "Black cooking". You let them share what they want because it's all Black ANYWAYS. Black is a plethora of beautiful things. Sharing a meal is a safe, disarming way to connect with cultures in a meaningful way. Be creative with your heritage month engagement and see how much it shifts your office culture!

#Reflections as we come to the end of black history month On Friday we brought together an incredible panel of colleagues, who shared their insights and experiences. They spoke on the triumphs, the work that remains, and the ways we can all contribute to progress in our workplaces and beyond. I was able to sit back and listen to these remarkable colleagues and our #NextGeneration share their experiences and how this shapes their lives. The significance of what they shared was profound and resonated with me so much. I realised I was seeing and hearing in them my younger self, reflected back, but importantly while we’ve made progress, how can it be they were still talking about #inequalities, insecurities, and #confidence to show up and be their #TrueSelves. I heard their stories and their asks, as they were my own, but from a younger, different generation. How they overcame, are still overcoming barriers, achieving excellence in the face of adversity, and the pride that comes from building a legacy in an often-challenging world. These stories were not just anecdotes—they were reminders of the resilience that runs through our history and communities. I couldn’t have been prouder of how they are #ReclaimingTheNarrative. It is not just about remembering the past, but also acknowledging how history continues to shape our present. ⭐️Thier experience demonstrates that #equity and #inclusion isn’t just an abstract concept - it’s an ongoing journey that we all play a part in, regardless of our roles. 🙌🏽 That brings me to the point and importance of #allyship and the role and courage allies demonstrate in showing up taking the time to educate themselves in creating change. I’d like to thank Kathryn Sharples for joining the panel as an ally. Allyship is critical in fostering an environment where #inclusion isn’t just acknowledged but actively celebrated and woven into the fabric of our culture. 💙 We continue in our commitment at dnata Travel Group UK, to ensure that the positive experiences our panel shared that they have in our workplace, continues through our DE&I agenda where everyone can be #TheTrueYou 🙌🏽Thank you to our panel Sharday, Kirstyn, Wayne, Natalie and Chioma 😊Thank you to Gamiel Diversity Marketplace (Est 2005) for moderating the panel.

Global AI Ethicist | Oye, Mira | AI Architect | Founder & CEO | LinkedIn Top Voice 🌎 Ethical AI Maverick and Social Impact Visionary. Developer of Justice AI
When companies like Molson Coors decide to ditch Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives, we need to ask: Who benefits from these decisions, and who gets left behind? DEI is not about performative gestures. It is about accountability, justice, and creating environments where historically marginalized communities—BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, women, disabled, and neurodivergent individuals—have the opportunity to thrive, be heard, and be seen. By rolling back DEI initiatives, we are telling marginalized people that their safety, representation, and well-being in the workplace are negotiable. That the discomfort of addressing hard truths like white supremacy, patriarchy, and systemic inequities is more important than their lived experiences. Let me be clear: Ending DEI efforts is not just a corporate decision—it’s a declaration that equity and inclusion are optional values, not essential ones. For those of us working to dismantle these oppressive systems, this is a call to action. If your company is backing away from DEI, demand better. We cannot afford to let these hard-fought initiatives be erased to appease fragility, comfort, or complacency. Equity is not a trend. It’s a necessity. To Molson Coors and any other company rolling back on these commitments: You may gain temporary applause from those resistant to change, but you are cementing your place on the wrong side of history. Those of us fighting for justice aren’t going anywhere—and neither are the demands for true equity, inclusion, and belonging. If we want to build a future that values all people, DEI must be a non-negotiable part of that future. #Equity #Inclusion #DEI #SocialJustice #Accountability #CorporateResponsibility
