Being part of a team is a rewarding experience that combines individual skills with collective strength. Collaborative opportunities allow each member to contribute their unique talents, creating a dynamic where diverse perspectives drive innovation. Success in a team is not just about personal achievement but the shared journey toward a common goal. By supporting one another and embracing teamwork, each contributor plays a vital role in the overall success of the group. Together, we accomplish more than any one individual could on their own. I’m grateful to be a part of a wonderful team and organization. We learn, grow, develop and strive to be the best we can be together. As we look toward the future, the opportunities for growth and success are limitless. Being part of a team allows us to harness collective strengths and build on shared experiences, ensuring that each milestone is a stepping stone toward even greater achievements. With a mindset focused on continuous improvement, collaboration, and innovation, we not only contribute to the present but also lay the foundation for sustained success. Together, we are shaping a future that promises personal and professional growth, driving us to reach new heights as a team and I’m here for it. Grateful for each day at this firm. Are you the manager in this scenario who will approve professional development for attending our She Leads Conference? 1.3 million people changed jobs during the year ending February 2023, equating to a job mobility rate of 9.5% of all employed people changing jobs during the year. That's a staggering percentage. When employees feel stagnant or unchallenged in their roles, it can contribute to feelings of dissatisfaction and burnout. You're at greater risk of losing them. So, invest in your team. Our She Leads Conference 2024 is the perfect way to develop and foster a culture of continuous learning. [Source: Australian Bureau of Statistics]

What do your office walls look like? We talk about the classroom without walls, but how many adults see the importance of an office without walls. The sun on your skin, the fresh breeze, the light and the freedom. Connection to nature increases productivity in the workplace .

Some days, the view from "the office" can be more exciting than others. The picture doesn't quite do it justice: this was a very close and very unexpected encounter, perhaps less than 30 feet between us at one point. Meetings like this are a stark reminder of the privilege and responsibility of living, working, and recreating in the home of these impressive beings. How much do you know about these neighbors? Beck's is selling out? Maybe buying something? Perhaps a big announcement of another kind? Why else spend untold $$$$ to bring EVERY employee of the company into a meeting, in MARCH (kind of a busy time for a seed company)!? We heard it all. NOPE! Just the fastest growing seed company in the U.S. investing in its people! Not simply for a day- but launching an initiative to build our employees, dealers, and communities over the next year. Beck's Leadership BELIEVES investment in employees "sows seeds" (pun intended), that have measurable, impactful results. Results for individuals. Results for our business. Who is investing in you? Want to learn more? Reach out to me!
Yesterday, we wrapped up the 2024 State of the Company address. 🎉 Usually a one-day event, this year our team dreamed bigger, creating a three-day event that allowed every employee in the company, no matter their location, to attend in-person. Through Scott Beck and Andy Andrews's presentations, we learned how we can consistently engage in ways that build our thinking, build our lives, and build our relationships, inside and outside of work. They discussed the importance of truly listening to each other and how the future of our company - and our industry - lies in the hands of each and every one of us. Thank you to everyone for attending and to all of those who put in the work behind the scenes to make sure everything ran smoothly. It was a great three days learning how we can continue to be Unstoppable Together. ✨

Houston, we (had a problem) 😬 Our client was a busy professional managing two side hustle businesses and a family. Her plate was full, and her team was facing a lot of challenges. We knew we could help, but how? Here's the nitty gritty of what we did to turn it all around: 📅 We sit down weekly to map out her week, ensuring no detail is overlooked. 📩 No more missed meetings—we handle all appointment confirmations. 📝 Contracts for new events are sent out months in advance, eliminating last-minute rushes. 💻 We created an event page on her website, which is now filling up with profitable events. The result? She’s no longer in reactive mode. With deliberate planning, she even managed to take *three weeks* off this summer without significant impacts on her businesses. Now THAT'S what we call a client success story! 🙌
