I hit an all-time low. It was a few years ago, and on the outside, business was booming, but inside, I was struggling deeply. I had big dreams and aspirations, yet I was shackled by my own inability to pursue them. I was one of the best recruiters out there, yet I couldn’t seem to build and train the right team to help my business scale. I was the quintessential shoemaker with torn shoes—helping everyone else hire the perfect candidate, except for myself. Out of that pain, my business mission was born: "To help leaders hire the best-fit candidate so they can experience the freedom to scale and pursue their dreams." Today, I’m blessed to have the greatest team, one that surpasses even my own skills. When I worked on our mission statement, that pain surfaced, and every word became deeply personal. The number one industry for burnout is… *Recruiting!* I heard this just weeks before diving into the world of recruiting, and the thought lingered in the back of my mind. Burnout was supposed to be inevitable, right? But here I am, 7 years later, and not only am I burnout-free—my entire team is thriving! So, what’s our secret? Burnout happens when you’re doing work that *doesn’t matter.* But in recruiting, nothing is more meaningful than helping people find jobs. When every placement has purpose, there’s no room for burnout—only passion. What fuels your drive at work?

Seems so simple, but it took me over 5 hours to find those 4 perfect words!!! Refining our core values was both rewarding and exhausting— trying to distill everything we stand for into just four words felt nearly impossible. but when they finally came together, they just clicked. Partnership. Seems like such a simple word, right? But to me, it holds so much more. Trying to distill everything we stand for into just four words felt nearly impossible. PARTNERSHIP It means treating our clients as partners—we're fully invested in their success because we are partners. PARTNERSHIP within our team—we collaborate and support one another because we are partners. PARTNERSHIP with candidates—we strive to help them achieve their goals, becoming partners in their success. We had a very tight deadline only 10 weeks In that time we needed a full gut renovation done on our apartment, We had only one contractor that was willing to commit to it. Three weeks in, her apartment flooded. She had every reason to back out and focus on her own crisis—but she didn’t. Without a word, she temporarily moved out, stayed on track with our project, and kept us completely in the dark about her personal setback. Now, with just two weeks left on the clock, she’s still right on schedule. Today, she casually mentioned the flood and said, “Once your apartment is finished, I’ll finally take care of mine. Because the client always comes first.” That’s not just commitment; that’s customer service in real time. Ever worked with someone who truly goes above and beyond? Tag them! (Shes not on LinkedIn)
