𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗠𝗘𝗥𝗖𝗜𝗔𝗟 & 𝗡𝗔𝗧𝗨𝗥𝗔𝗟 𝗖𝗔𝗣𝗜𝗧𝗔𝗟 𝗗𝗜𝗥𝗘𝗖𝗧𝗢𝗥
A driven innovator, you will help the company and its base of landowning clients to grow and scale by innovating new ways our projects, company and clients can access natural capital finance. This is a senior director's role at the forefront of RESTORE.
𝗟𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗠𝗔𝗡𝗔𝗚𝗘𝗥
Passionate about practical nature recovery on the ground, you will work with our land management team to deliver innovative, rapid rewilding and landscape change, from beaver enclosures to wild grazing. An inveterate problem solver, you are a nature farmer, with a deep respect for those working the land.
𝗟𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗔𝗚𝗘𝗡𝗧
Driven by helping farms to prosper, you are meticulous and passionate about land finance, with deep-rooted experience in the practicalities of estates. Solid in traditional land management, you are seeking to move into the nature restoration space, and in doing so, prepared to innovate and adapt.
𝗠𝗔𝗡𝗔𝗚𝗜𝗡𝗚 & 𝗧𝗘𝗖𝗛𝗡𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗟 𝗘𝗖𝗢𝗟𝗢𝗚𝗜𝗦𝗧
A highly-experienced ecologist with a love of both field science and the importance of ecology as a written discipline, you will lead on RESTORE's ground-breaking vision and strategy reports for landowners, develop our science and manage our growing team of specialist ecologists.
𝗡𝗔𝗧𝗨𝗥𝗔𝗟 𝗖𝗔𝗣𝗜𝗧𝗔𝗟 𝗗𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗟𝗢𝗣𝗘𝗥
Thriving at the interface between nature restoration and finance, you are passionate about helping RESTORE to broker its high-ethics, high-nature Biodiversity Net Gain deals to help farmers scale nature restoration on their land. You will help our commercial director to innovate new natural capital products, and work closely with landowners to help deliver these. Very immersed in new developments, you are constantly seeking new avenues to further natural capital for our clients.
