Access to affordable healthcare is a struggle for many Americans, but the challenge can be even greater for people living in rural communities. Aaron E. Henry Community Health Services Center, Inc. is literally a lifeline for residents of the Mississippi Delta Region. Recognizing that clinical healthcare services contribute to just 20% of a person's overall health and wellbeing, the Center is leading the Region in establishing a Coordinated System of Care that will connect their patients to an array of social care services. The initiative is being supported by an array of funders and partners committed to addressing the specific rural healthcare needs including Clinton Global Initiative University, Direct Relief, Delta Population Health Institute, Southern Bancorp, and the University of Arkansas - Sam M. Walton College of Business. Watch the video to learn how AEH is expanding services and how it impacts the people receiving care. ➡️ https://lnkd.in/gX46ensm #HealthEquity #RuralHealth #SystemofCare
