Everyone should know and experience that you are never alone. “I am also a human, loved and respected in my Community” is the beautiful lesson from Agnes that came out from a touching Learn Visit to her and her community. When she thought she was alone, living with Albinism in a community in Uganda, a peer from Albinism Umbrella reached out to her. Then, strengthened by the fact that she was no longer alone she grew out to be a connector and a much loved and respected member of her community. This Learn visit was done in the context of the Linking and Learning process for Voice multicountry grantees. Albinism Umbrella was hosting the event, and Eunice and Arthur (SALTy Link and Learn facilitators) supported the exchanges. Other grantees and The Constellation members joined the visit via an online connection. Albinism Umbrella Voice

The knowledge gap we have on the African continent today is not ultimately "Subject based".... it's not that we don't know Math, English, Sciences etc but that we have prioritized these so called subjects in our basic education systems above "context" and "current realities" per time!!! We need to redefine what we call "knowledge" in our schools today. Do you agree ?? #africa #africarising #knowledge #contextmastery #education #school #k12 #teach #teacher #teachers #schoolleaders #sdg4

Learning good character involves a combination of self-reflection, education, and practice. One can learn good character by studying moral principles, observing positive role models, engaging in ethical discussions, and practicing virtues like honesty, kindness, and integrity in everyday life Personal growth and development play a significant role in shaping one's character, and being mindful of how our actions affect others and society as a whole is crucial in cultivating a positive impact. These days, it appears that a lot of young people have lost their identities and are even selling their bodies on social media to gain more likes. Nevertheless, being who you are makes it easier to influence others. Although I am not using Tiktok platform amusing, I occasionally come across videos that are completely against both our conventional and moral standards My advice to youth in Somalia: everytime you share anything on social media, think before you posting Consider your Vedios can effect Society to uplift or destroys the society Author Mohameddeq Ali Abdi
