Go Blue! We’re thrilled to announce the closing of our new 640-bed student housing development near University of Michigan in partnership with TPG Angelo Gordon. Located along E. William Street, just two blocks from the University of Michigan campus, the 16-story, 202-unit building will feature studio through six-bedroom floor plans, townhomes on the ground level and upgraded VIP units on the top floor. Construction is currently underway, and the project is on track to be completed in May 2026, ahead of the 2026-27 school year. Thanks to our partners for all their efforts on this project: TPG Angelo Gordon, TSB Capital Advisors, PC Treehouse, dwell design studio, llc, PARINI and many more. Look out for more Core news out of Ann Arbor soon.
