I have spent this week in Atlantic City at the amazing PIA of NY & NJ conference, meeting with incredible agents from all across New York and New Jersey. I've now spent the last couple of days at InsurTech Insights meeting with more agents from across the country. I keep hearing the same things:
- We're spending more and more time on the renewal process
- We're spending more and more time requoting
- We're doing all of this work and our retention rate is going down
- People are getting burned out from all the administrative work and aren't able to focus on outcomes for clients
It's what we've heard for years from our customers, and it's exciting to know that we can help with such a painful problem for agencies.
We're opening up our Innovation Program to the next cohort of agencies who want to solve these problems, and help us build the renewal intelligence layer of the future for agencies.
