Another month coming to a close and another $23 million closed and scheduled across our fix and flips, ground ups, and DSCR loans. Everyone’s rates are competitive (nice to see 6.99 on long term investor debt), everyone has programs (our fund is doing short term rentals), but not everyone has expertise. I know we have that at Colosseum. I see it time and time again throughout our deals here. Whether it’s going the extra mile, having proper systems, giving roadmaps, finding pitfalls before they happen, or just good old over communication with our clients - we’re doing it.
