At Cromwell, we care and know wellbeing is personal with many factors impacting each individual both positively and negatively. Focusing on financial wellbeing is one area we recognise that everyone can benefit from to limit its impact on general mental and physical wellbeing. MyView PayNow allows our colleagues to access a portion of their wages when they need it, build a savings pot, budget and track their spending, along with financial tools to support financial confidence and wellbeing. One of our colleagues has even closed her overdraft facility as it will no longer cost her to access funds if she really needs them.
